FAQ on Profile Page

I'm sorry, but only Club contributors, organizers, and verified members have the ability to create a group chat.

Creating events in the Club is restricted to only the Contributor and Organizer roles. Other members do not have the permission to create events.

Every member can publish Ads. All classified ads are subject to moderation before approval. Ads that adhere to our house rules will be approved.

Every member can publish posts. In the "Profile" section of the website, you can access the "Blog" tab, where you have the ability to create and publish your own blog posts. However, we kindly request that you ensure your content aligns with our club rules and terms and conditions before publishing any posts. This includes avoiding any inappropriate language, images, or topics that may be deemed offensive or harmful to others. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and respectful community for all members.

When you publish a new post, it can be viewed on the Community Stream or the Public Wall. You can also find it under the "Blog" tab on your profile. If your post is related to cars, you can check the "Car Owners" menu and then the specific car name to find it easily.

Yes, please click on the Community menu or Stream tab on your Profile page and post like Facebook you already knew. Your post will then be published on the Community Wall.

If you encounter any issues or problems with your Ford, you may want to report them. But how do you go about doing that? Here are the 3 simple steps you can follow to report the issue effectively.

Step 1 – Login to your account and then please click the “Blog” tab under your profile menu.

Step 2 – Locate and click the “Create” button

Step 3 – Fill up all the required fields and select Category as shown in image below, once you’re done please click the “Submit Post” button.

We will contact our ford experts mechanic for your convenience and return to you with contact details. Other members of the Club may have perfect recommendations for you on comment section.
